In this section of the service contract the contract parties are introduced. Information about the contracting party [your organization or Party A] will include the full company name, its business address details, and the name of the legal representative. Information about the contracted party [the freelancer or Party B] will include his or her full name, passport or identification number and residence address when (s)he enters the service agreement on sole proprietorship terms. In the event the freelancer enters into the service contract via his or her own held company, Party B shall provide its company name, its business address details, and the name of the legal representative.

As supporting documentation to the service agreement, to verify the identity of Party B it is advised to request Party B a copy of his or her passport or ID card (both sides) or a copy of the business license in combination with a scanned copy of the passport or ID card of the legal representative with the company seal imprint affixed to it.
