Collective employment contracts shall include the following items:

• The labor remuneration.
• Working hours.
• Rest time and holidays.
• Insurance and welfare.
• Labor safety and hygiene.
• Term of contract.
• Consultation procedure for altering, dissolving, or terminating the collective contract.
• Rights and liabilities of both sides for implementing the collective contract.
• Responsibilities for any breach of the collective contract; and
• Other contents of agreement that both sides consider as necessary to be covered by the collective contract.
