During its term revisions to the collective contract can be made by either party. The party who wishes to revise the contract should provide the other party with a revision proposal to which the receiving party is obliged to reply. Both parties will discuss the proposal within seven days after it has been made. The revised collective contract must be submitted to the respective labour authority that examined the original contract within seven days after signing.
