For this assignment, you can choose to work out assignment Option A or Option B listed below.

Option A

If you work in an organization that is actively engaged in business in China which engages the services of freelance personnel, you have the option to perform a review of the current freelancer contract that the organization has in place. For this assignment you will copy the existing contract template into the assignment and comment on its applicability, completeness and points of improvements based on the information provided in this course.

or

Option B

If you work in an organization that does not make use of freelance personnel (yet), you will based on the information provided in this course, compose a contract template that can be used for the engagement of freelance personnel.

Dropbox Submission

All assignments MUST be uploaded onto the Institute’s portal assigned to this course and use the correct file naming format. Assignment send to your course professor via email will not be reviewed and graded.

Assignment Naming Convention

Students are to submit their assignments using the following naming convention. Family Name is first and CAPITALIZED followed by the first name, assignment type, version (if any), and date. This will greatly facilitate things for everyone concerned. All files should be saved in the form of a doc or docx file. If a second version is uploaded when redrafted then the file should be titled as shown in the second example:
