Andreas Guip, MBA

Andreas Guip is an international business executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across Asia and Europe in the industrial B2B sector, encompassing manufacturing, packaging, and consultancy. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Wanox Technologies Co., Ltd., a global plastics manufacturing company specializing in life science consumables, medical equipment components, and automotive plastic parts.
At Wanox, Andreas has led a major transformation of the company, rebranding the organization, expanding operations across multiple Asian markets, and launching a new product portfolio under the Wanox brand. His leadership focuses on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in emerging markets.
In addition to his role at Wanox, Andreas is Managing Director of EW-Link Holding (Hong Kong), a consultancy supporting corporations in operational excellence, financial control, sustainability strategy, and cross-continental sourcing. His work has guided clients across FMCG, automotive, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance.
Earlier in his career, Andreas held senior leadership positions at DS Smith China and Comepack, where he successfully built and expanded businesses across China, India, Thailand, Japan, and Korea. He began his professional journey in the hospitality and engineering sectors, working with Sheraton Hotels and Autopark Parking Systems in Europe and China.
Andreas holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School Maastricht in the Netherlands. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.
