Contracting Freelancers In China
E-Learning | Masterclass

In this masterclass, you will gain a solid understanding of the various types of employment contracts used in China, covering individual, collective, and part-time arrangements, and the legal requirements for executing each.
To bridge legislation with practical application, the masterclass provides sample contract clauses drafted in line with the PRC Labor Contract Law. Each clause is accompanied by an explanation of its purpose, implications, and relevance, giving you both context and insight into how it functions in practice.
The masterclass also places strong emphasis on the role of the employment handbook. Under the PRC Labor Contract Law, employers are required to create and implement a handbook that outlines employee rights and defines workplace obligations.
